Do I have to be at the office while you clean?

You don't need to be present as long as our cleaning team has the necessary instructions for entering and exiting your office. Please provide these details when booking your appointment.

What if I'm not there to let the cleaners in?

No problem! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online, so we know how to access your office. Your office will be securely locked when our cleaners leave.

Will the same cleaners show up for all my appointments?

If you're satisfied with the cleaners you've had, we can arrange for them to handle all your future appointments. Just let us know, and we'll ensure it happens.

Do GermSmart cleaners bring all necessary cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all required products for an outstanding clean, except for large equipment like vacuums or mops. If you prefer us to use specific products, please let us know and leave them out for the cleaners.

Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely. GermSmart is fully insured and bonded. We value the trust placed in us to be in your office space and always handle items with care. If any damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours.

Can I trust GermSmart cleaners?

Definitely. All GermSmart cleaning professionals are thoroughly trained, background-checked, reference-checked, and insured.

Is tipping included in the service fee?

Tipping is optional and not required. However, you may tip if you feel you've received exceptional service. GermSmart staff are not allowed to solicit tips. Please note that tips are nonrefundable after service completion.

How much does it cost to clean my office?

GermSmart pricing is based on the size of your office and the level of service desired. We offer flat rate services based on square footage, as well as hourly rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Cash or personal checks are not accepted. Our online payments are processed securely by Square.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your service without penalty 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. A fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
